We are a growing, sports-centered orthopedic physical therapy practice looking for a motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our team. Whether you're a new graduate eager to learn or an experienced clinician looking for a better environment, we're seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and committed to continuous growth.

Who We Are

Out of the Box Physical Therapy is a one-on-one outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practice that prioritizes quality over volume. We work with everyone from youth and collegiate athletes to active adults, weekend warriors, barbell athletes, golfers, runners, and individuals simply looking to move and feel better.

Our clinicians are given the time, mentorship, and resources necessary to provide outstanding care while continuing to develop their clinical skills.

What We're Looking For

We are looking to add a Full Time or Part Time DPT to be a good long term fit to join our team. Hours can be flexible. 

The ideal candidate is:
  • A licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure in New Jersey)
  • A new graduate or clinician with 2+ years of experience (preferred)
  • Passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Personable, energetic, and confident communicating with patients
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Motivated to continue learning and developing clinically
  • Interested in contributing to the growth and evolution of a small business
  • Someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and looks for opportunities to improve the patient experience
Preferred Experience

While not required, experience or interest in the following is highly valued:
  • Manual therapy
  • Sports rehabilitation
  • Strength & conditioning
  • Return-to-sport programming
  • Barbell athletes, CrossFit, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, or athletic populations
  • BFRT
  • Dry Needling
  • Graston Technique
  • Active Release Technique
  • FMS/SFMA
  • Performance-based rehabilitation
